系统支持mail，就直接mail吧没有再用phpmailer

用phpmailer最好。
首先系统的兼容是基本上考虑到了的。不怕以后换系统或环境。
mail函数发送速度是要快点，但需要系统支持。
如果你的程序是要放在不确定的虚拟主机上的，那就最好不要用mail,自己可以管理的服务器就无所谓了。
