phpmyadmin is an open source, which is used to manage mysql database. You can easily create databases, tables and do any DB operation. About its installation, you can refer to its help(Document.txt). Apache is a HTTP server, the same as appreserve.you can choose one as you like. PHP, Mysql, Apache's installation is so easy, but the most important is that you should understand the configuration.
Suggest you use google to search the installation of Apache+PHP+Mysql, you will find much.
