RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php/$1 [L] 在万网空间不起作用

买了万网的空间http://www.net.cn/hosting/x3/?spm=5334.7473391.2.51.rVT6Pz linux版的, 确定是支持.htaccess但我上传的.htaccess中的第三行代码不起作用, 哪位知道怎么回事，请帮忙哟RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond $1 !^(index\.php|images|css|js|up|robots\.txt)
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php/$1 [L]        //这一行不起作用

还是没有用万网的给的例子，
RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^test\.html$ test.php这个是有用的访问test.html即是由test.php 重写而来
