zip的不要，你给的第二个地址我上不了，不过看名字好像是以前查到过的一个for Delphi的构件，而不是我需要的ActivX控件。to 其它楼的
需要控件，不能用shell
注意：
需要的是能够解压/压缩RAR包的一个ActiveX控件。
