关于记录鼠标键盘操作的问题！(新手注册暂无可用分,预算100,积满发放)

在这个地址提供了利用VB记录回放鼠标键盘动作的程序。但是经过测试发现回放时的速度明显慢于实际操作时的速度。请问有什么办法能让之与实际速度一致吗？http://www.sudu.cn/info/html/edu/code/20080403/260423.html另外求利用VB的SetWindowsHookEx来Hook到非自身进程（例如桌面进程）的方法？据说要用DLL？
