Run Time Error 问题

我的软件是一个COM Dll,已经有不少客户使用.但是有一个客户使用时,出现如下错误:“Micro Soft Visual C++  Runtime library. Run time error program C\aloha\bin \iber.exe This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way”. Then the OK selection appears .Press OK and the program quits.我的软件是VC6下开发的.
我查了一下,可能是因为VC 运行库的原因,目前我无法接触到客户.请问这个问题怎样分析解决?谢谢!

想办法让程序崩溃后生成dump文件

Windows xp操作系统,用别人写的COM DLL 没有问题,替换上我的就有问题.

你发布的COM Dll安装程序改写操作系统目录里的文件，而此文件被iber.exe使用了吧。
