救命啊!!!vc调试时出现Error spawning 'vcspawn.exe'的错误

Question

我把vs6重装了,然后没有进行任何操作
新建了一个hello world的console application,结果还是一样
究竟是怎么回事啊,那个vcspawn.exe在我的executable files目录下啊

In my case the ComSpec environment variable got deleted.
