有关cl.exe路径

想用scons编译库文件，但是程序显示
midl : command line error MIDL1005: cannot find C preprocessor cl.exe
觉得应该是cl.exe path有问题，但是不知道怎么改，求高手指教ps，用的是win7 + vs 2012，ms support里说的改VC++ Directories貌似不能用，而且scons 是在cmd里面操作的，可以怎么解决呢？？
