安装VS2005的时候弹出对话框 [ 无法为Visual Studio创建“应用程序数据”文件夹]

我装的时候到装Visual Studio2005末尾（hxmerge_vscc_v80)的时候出问题，弹出对话框 [ 无法为Visual Studio创建“应用程序数据”文件夹]。点确定之后可以正常安装。
但是装完后运行Microsoft Visual Studio 2005，即devenv.exe，还是会弹出以上对话框，无法运行。
请问有人过这个问题 吗？ 是不是少系统文件？安装包是没问题的，再同学的机器上是可以装的。

检查一下这个文件夹是否存在
C:\Documents and Settings\你的登录用户名\Application Data
也检查一下文件夹属性

是有Application Data文件夹的，只读状态，而且是“第三态”（网上查的）...只读属性更改不了，删除文件夹，再新建个，都不行。请问能怎么解决么？谢谢

刚才有查看了些文件夹，发现在 C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft 文件夹里面有个VisualStudio文件夹，删除后，在运行Microsoft Visual Studio 2005的时候又自动创建了，但是还是弹出那个提示框，依然无法运行。VisualStudio文件夹还有个8.0文件夹，但都只是空文件夹。
另外在C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader  目录下有qmgr0.dat，qmgr1.dat两个文件，都无法更改。

You had MSN Messenger open (even if it was parked in the toolbar),
and its queue manager had its data files locked.Simple.BTW - These are "No Problem" files if they don't get backed up,
since they're recreated each time MSNMessenger runs.＝＝＝
看来跟qmgr0.dat，qmgr1.dat两个文件无关，呵呵
