sql分页查询 带查询条件

sql中怎么写带分页查询语句带查询条件的呀。
select top 6 结束行 from 表名 where (id not in(select top 起始行 id from 表名 order by id))
但它不能带查询条件，如我要查询姓名　姓王的人员在这里面写就不对，大家说说sql语句该怎么写呀

select * from 表名 where name like %王% 后面写分页的代码！
