Question

    我这有一个英国的公司的招聘职位，这是一家世界500强的公司，主要做自有的一些金融产品和数据采集方面的开发，目前全球有八个研发中心，北京是中国的这家，去年进驻的北京，主要的技术是C++，C#，Java，操作平台主要是WINDOWS，也有少部分的Unix.
    下面是具体的职位描述：
     1 Senior C++/C# developer
Minimal 3 years working experience in IT field mainly in software design, development and testing;
Computing related experience: C/C++, Microsoft .NET/C# 2.0, Pascal, Unix/VMS OS, Window OS, XML, MS SQL, Oracle, Visual Studio 20052 Front End Web Application Developer 
Java/JSP/, SQL, Apache. AJAX, Flash, Photoshop; 
Deep understanding and experience with different browser platforms;
DHTML/JavaScript/CSS, XML/XSL/XHTML, HTTP;
Experience with multi language websites;
Experience with a versioning system (e.g., CVS/SVN) is required;
Japanese is a plus. 3 Back End Web Application Developer 
Experience with Java, JSP, J2EE 
Experience with MySQL / Oracle, 
Experience with Apache and Tomcat (or other J2EE containers, Weblogic, Webshper). 
Good Knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript/AJAX, XML and XHTML required. 
Japanese is a plus.4 Software Process Engineer-SPI-SW 
At least 3 years of software development experience preferably in either C++ or C. Java is also a plus; Knowledge of the SEI-CMMI® process framework.5 Software Process Engineer-SPT 
At least 3 years in software development with appropriate experience in configuration management system, e.g., SVN, ClearCase, CVS, etc. Experience in programming in VBA, C#, Java, J2EE, Oracle/other database and web applications.
