服务器是Apache Tomcat/4.0.6 现在出现了一个问题

服务器是Apache Tomcat/4.0.6 现在出现了一个问题
http://www.sbjonline.com/jsp/vendor/product/create_product.html 提示错误404
Apache Tomcat/4.0.6 - HTTP Status 404 - /jsp/vendor/product/create_product.html--------------------------------------------------------------------------------type Status reportmessage /jsp/vendor/product/create_product.htmldescription The requested resource (/jsp/vendor/product/create_product.html) is not available.
 
但是 http://www.sbjonline.com/jsp/vendor/product/下的以前的*.jsp可以正常访问 新的create_product.html 就访问不了 提示上述404错误 所有的配置文件都对html有解析 新建的JSP也不能访问！
