jsp中，怎么把excel文档导入到msSQL数据库中，

数据库里面有这么一个表：（weather）
ID    city    weather_info     max_tem      min_tem    date 
1     北京    晴               12           6          2006-12-19 16：30怎么把excel表中的数据导入到这个weather表中。我使用jsp，tomcat，做的一个天气预报系统。
