关于用urlrewrite 重写路径不对的问题

</rule>页面 <a href="<%=request.getContextPath()%>/a.html">氯碱生产企业</a>如果我写成<to type="redirect">就没问题 
但是我需要地址栏路径改变
麻烦如果会的可以教下我吧～～ 谢了

刚刚写错了 应该是这样 不过这个方式forward 还是不行
我是用struts2
