乱码问题！不相信大家没有遇到过！！

不知你试没试过下面这个方法
你可以把所有的中文写在一个文件中，比如说ApplicationResources.properties中， 用 <bean:message key="prompt.name"/>调用,来解决中文问题。

你是什么意思？静态文本也是乱码吗，如果是，那就要修改apache的设置
如果仅仅是动态文本乱码，那就最好查清楚数据库里是不是也乱码

其实出现这种情况有很多种情况的第一：看看你的HTML头是怎么写的了
第二：就是和数据裤有关不同的数据裤数据保存的类型是不是一样取出来还要相应的转换
第三：要看看你的JSP代码用到的方法了

1.我说过用了filter了，也在doFilter前后做了trace。何况，这是设置request对象的参数传递，而不是response方面的问题。看到我的filter了么？我对response也进行了设置，只不过经过传递，encoding仍然是iso。不很清楚具体的request filter流程。2。我也有用到ApplicationResources_zh_CN.properties，不过问题还是到了客户端的时候，ie已经把encoding认成了iso，应该是头的问题；3。nothing to do with dbms请大家继续帮忙，谢谢！~
