我的url访问也是 8089只是我提问题的时候 写错了,写成8080了。所以,问题不在端口号这里。
tomcat启动了,也设置好项目了

修改eclipse里面集成的tomcat的server.xml 不影响硬盘上tomcat目录里面的server.xml配置,在硬盘上的tomcat里面的server.xml中的端口号还应该是8080,楼主再启动下,通过8080访问试试看
1)确认Tomcat是否启动
2)查看启动时控制台或者命令行启动看命令行,有否异常抛出。
