1.We do not have the entire logs attached to conclude if this is really the 8.3 filename issue. Please either attach the setup logs from %programfiles%\microsoft sql server\100\setup bootstrap\log.If you are using the 8.3 filename format that truncates the names to 8 characters (please check http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973357 for description of the issue and the fix for SQL Server 2008), try using path names that fit to 8.3 format without any truncation.If this is in fact the same issue, it was fixed in SQL Server 2008 RTM CU8, and SQL Server 2008 RTM CU6. Those CUs were not incorporated to the SQL Server 2008 R2 RTM release due to release timing.We will port the fix to a future SQL Server 2008 R2 update.2.I can reproduce this problem on SQL 2008 R2. It is caused by long folder names when running the install silently. I first experienced this issue in SQL2008 and Cumulative update 4 was "supposed to resolve the problem". It is simple to reproduce by placing the SQL install package in subfolders that contain long path names. When running the install silently from Installshield or Wise and it uses the shortname to launch then this error is reproduced.
e.g. Place SQL install in C:\SQL Install\setup.exe

解决方法： 在IIS中的Web服务扩展中选中Active Server Pages，点击“允许”未经授权：访问由于凭据无效被拒绝。 
原因分析： 由于用户匿名访问使用的账号
第一步，先安装IIS 。
第二步，然后把安装文件解压出来，再安装，该问题未出现。
我的系统是server2008 X64，装的是SQL Server2012 X64
