重置sql agent的帐号，改为新的密码，然后在这里再重新选择一次sa或者administrator

安装sql代理服务时，会让你选择一个账户，你选择了本地系统账户后，安装程序会把账户和密码保存到sqlserver的msdb中，并加密，安装成功后，然后把本地系统账户改了密码，但是sql代理里面的密码还是原来的密码，导致每次启动代理服务时，密码验证失败。

SQL Server Configuration Manager-->SQL Server服务-->SQL Server Agent-->右键-->属性
-->登录-->修改账户为Administrator,输入新密码.然后重启SQL Server服务.
