仅对这个问题的回答很简单，MYSQL从5.1.17起就开始废弃这个参数，并计划在MYSQL6.0中废除这个参数了。对于MySQL6.0我也不熟悉，估计需要浏览一下MySQL6.0的相关文档。http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/replication-options-slave.html#option_mysqld_master-host--master-host=host_name The host name or IP number of the master replication server. The value in master.info takes precedence if it can be read. If no master host is specified, the slave thread does not start. This option is deprecated as of MySQL 5.1.17, and removed as of MySQL 6.0.

只有主从同步才需要有master-host这个功能项存在。如果是一般使用，［mysqld］里是不会有这一项的。所以，楼主应该先搞清楚，自己是否搞了mysql同步，如果搞了，这个错是说，指定的主机地址不存在。
如果没搞，把master-host这项删掉，再试试。
