innodb_log_file_size应该是静态参数，只能停mysql，改参数文件。从上边的错误信息提示，应该是把这个大小调成最大行长度的１０倍以上。总之要比以前要调得大一些。
2) 如何调整，停下mysql，改my.cnf，重启就搞定了？
