Oracle数据库突然无法连接的错误！！！急！！！

上周五遇到数据库遇到一个问题：除sys外其它用户都不能连接上去，连接中也不报错，陷入等待，shutdowm immediate也陷入等待，最后只得重启机器，今天又重现了这个情况
