    ORA-01019 unable to allocate memory in the user side Cause: The user side memory allocator returned an error. 
    Action: Increase the size of the process heap or switch to the old set of calls.

    改一下/etc/sysctl.conf吧.
    里面有设置share memory的.

    增加了ORACLE_HOME这个环境变量，指向ORACLE的安装目录，重新打开窗口，tnsping。OK
