查询 hr 下面的表select * from job_history;
就直接报这个错误了。
我在EM那里把系统权限 select any table 给这个用户了，结果没有什么反应。哪位大师帮助一下！

和 oracle 的数据库 系统 没有什么关系，也不是数据字典吧~表名 是 job_history顺便 说一下，1楼的做法正确，现在没有这个问题了！
