Oracle11g 安装失败！Enterprise Manager configuration failed due to the following error

从 oracle 网站下载了 oracle11g，然后在 VMware 虚拟机中进行安装，出现了如下错误：Enterprise Manager configuration failed due to the following error:
Error starting Database Control
Refer to the log file at C:\app\Administrator\cfgtoollogs\dbca\orcl\emConfig.log for more details.
You can retry configuring this database with Enterprise Manager later by manually running C:\app\Administrator\product\11.1.0\db_1\BIN\emca script下面是 emConfig.log 文件中最后出错部分的信息：SEVERE: Error starting Database Control

CONFIG: Restoring oracle.installer.oui_loc to C:\app\Administrator\product\11.1.0\db_1\oui对于这个问题，我已经在网上 google 了 N 久，大致有两种说法，
1：etc\hosts 文件没有配置好
2：在 VMware 种安装 oracle 会很容易出现这个错误
如果是 hosts 文件没有配置好，请告诉我该如何配置。下面是安装环境信息：
1. Windows Server 2003 R2 (SP2)
2. Office 2007
3. SQL Server 2005 Enterprise (SP2)。这个在安装 oracle 前已经把服务都关闭了。
4. Windows SharePoint 3.0。这个在安装 oracle 前也已经把服务都关闭了。
5. IIS。这个在安装 oracle 前已经把服务都关闭了。
6. 虚拟机在工作组 workgroup 中
7. 虚拟机的机器名是 win2003-1请告诉我应该怎么办啊？如果是 hosts 文件没有配置好，请告诉我该如何配置。
