这个文件就是Oracle的监听文件你上面的(全注释的)是SAMPLE,不用动。
其中有一项:OracleOraHome92TNSListener 右键菜单->启动

不过..\oracle\ora92\bin\TNSLSNR.EXE运行了就可以了!!
