Go to the "$ORACLE_HOME/network/agent" directory. 
In this directory, delete the following files: 
SERVICES.ORA, *.q, *.inp, *.jou, out*, tcl*,DBSNMP.VER Go to the "$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin" or "TNS_ADMIN" 
directory. 
In this directory, delete the following files: 
SNMP_RO.ORA, SNMP_RW.ORA Start agent with following command: 
$ agentctl start
