Oracle 11g rac 安装问题

Question

我在节点1安装GI，在跑root.sh时节点1没有错误，节点2提示
Failed to start resource ora.scan1.vip
CRS-5005: IP Address: 192.168.2.190 is already in use in the network
CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.scan1.vip' on 'wxsdb2' failed
CRS-2632: There are no more servers to try to place resource 'ora.scan1.vip' on that would satisfy its placement policystart scan ... failed
Preparing packages for installation...
cvuqdisk-1.0.7-1
Configure Oracle Grid Infrastructure for a Cluster ... failed
这个要怎么解决啊

我节点一跑完root.sh后scan IP就挂上去了   我需要另外添加scan地址？ 还是把节点一的SCAN停了  再在节点2跑一边root.sh?   麻烦告知详细
