求助exp导出时进程卡死的解决办法

执行以下语句导出该用户下的所有对象数据
C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client\BIN\exp.exe username/password@database file=E:\INETPUB\wwwrepa\KHORA.dmp log=KHORA.log OWNER=SD6DBA consistent=y direct=y
导出到一半的时候出现exp进程卡死的现象
*注：看不到命令回显，通过观察，刚执行完以上命令时，dmp文件的大小在不断增加，当增加到一百多M的时候停止增长，试图打开对应的log文件时提示进程正在使用该文件，执行tasklist命令发现有exp.exe进程，如此等待一宿之后，第二天发现情况还是如此，没有任何改变，所以kill掉了exp.exe进程，此时打开log文件内容如下：

如此执行了三次，结果都是一样，每次都是数据文件停留在差不多相同的大小。小弟对oracle简直是一窍不通啊，刚刚有所接触，不知道为何会导致此问题，如何解决此问题。如果不使用exp备份的话，还有什么更好的热备份方法呢？还请各位大神不吝赐教，百度谷歌了一上午也没找到解决办法。热备份Oracle
