oracle的 Checking Network Configuration requirements ... 这一步是在配置什么

我在suse 10下安装oracle 11g遇到下面这个问题Check complete. The overall result of this check is: Not executed <<<<
Recommendation: Oracle supports installations on systems with DHCP-assigned public IP addresses.  However, the primary network interface on the system should be configured with a static IP address in order for the Oracle Software to function properly.  See the Installation Guide for more details on installing the software on systems configured with DHCP.怎么都过不去于是我就在想oracle的 Checking Network Configuration requirements ... 这一步是在配置什么？
这个问题虽然网络上的答案很多，但是全部都是同一种答案
1、要配置静态路由
2、更正/etc/hots 中的本地IP配置但是这两个我全部正确配置了，所以我就很奇怪，为什么还是通过不了oracle的安装自检呢？
所以看看论坛上有没有人知道，oracle在这里到底在配置什么？我想找到更本原因
是不是因为我的suse缺包造成的。如果缺包缺哪些包？
我在安装oracle以后

看提示说是要配置一个静态IP（手动指定一个IP地址），不要使用动态获取的IP地址；
因为一些ORACLE服务，如果IP发生变化，可能不能正常使用，比如说企业管理器em。
