◆◇连接远程数据库问题，web服务器，数据库服务器不是同一台电脑！！

远程访问root有没有那个权限？mysql那里开了没有？
最好专门建立一个帐号，在mysql表中有专门的权限问题
或者是楼上所说

    Add new DB account like this:localhost username userpass
    % username userpassaccount(localhost) is for local host, account(%) is for remote.
