If you have IIS, then open it and right click on your server properties->WWW Service Edit-> Home directory Tab->Configuration button->Process Option Tab->Cgi Configuration
Then put CGI script Timeout the value you want. If you have APACHE, then open httpd.conf and edit it by following:
find "Timeout 300"
Then put CGI script Timeout the value you want.
