有这么一到MySQL面试题:优化语句

select * from product where state=1 or level=2

我想到的是，给where加索引，但是这个似乎不是在语句上吧。
第二点是*号换成具体字段，但是如果是要查询全部呢

这种题的答案一般是select * from product where state=1 
union
select * from product where level=2如果有字段的话用想要的自动替换掉*
