1.      Software development engineer x3
a)      Responsibility
•         Identify performance bottlenecks in PHP applications
•         Provide code optimization recommendations
•         Prototype and implement optimization techniques
•         Bench existing code and enhancements
•         Participate in design and code reviews
•         Code primarily in PHP
•         Interface with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
•         Identify and communicate best practices b)      Requirement 
•         A passion for performance debugging and benching' Knowledge of PHP and system profiling tools
•         Adept knowledge of the PHP API
•         Experience building PHP applications and frameworks
•         Basic knowledge of PHP internals and Apache architecture
•         Experience working with Apache/PHP in high-performance environments
•         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
