环境：server2003 enterprise edition sp1,xampp 1.8.0,wordpress-3.4.2-zh_CN
安装：安装后数据库连接都没有问题，管理界面登陆、主页显示、文章发布及多数设置都没有问题。
问题：1.首页上的固定页面连接无法打开。提示：
