求解，在windows IIS的服务器里用phpmailer发邮件出下面的错误，如何解决？
PHP.INI的相当设置都打开了，还是不成功。空间高叫不用SSL，那还有什么方法发邮件？
SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Unable to find the socket transport "ssl" - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP? (40)
SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Mailer Error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.
