PEAR怎么使用不了？

PEAR已经安装到PHP.exe所在目录中了，并在PHP.ini中include_path设置了。
但一包含require_once("Cache.php");就出现以下东西了……，我不是已经安装了吗？为什么还要再次安装？Deprecated: Function ereg() is deprecated in H:\XXX\php\XXX\pear.php on line 1414
