请教：Access是否可以开发应用程序并发布？

是否可以用Access开发脱离OfficeAccess的应用程序，并且进行打包和发布？（我这里的应用程序是指像用
VB开发出来的程序那样，而不需要先打开Access,然后再在里面运行Access窗体）

不可能，不要想了！用VB＋ADO或DAO＋ACCESS数据库好了，开发也不是很难。ACCESS只能打包能MDE文件，但还是要OFFICE的。

如果要是可以的话，那还要VB干什么，ACCESS内嵌的就是VB FOR APP

可以呀，我学校的图书馆理系统就是用ACCESS开发的
现在市面上有着方面的书买，最好买人民邮电出版社的书

If you have the Office Developer Edition, you should package your Access Application into a standalone install.  The installed workstation does not require Access.  See the below link:
