执行DOS命令后如何来接受命令执行的结果

我VB6.0中运行一个DOS命令,如
SHELL "C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\NETSTAT -AN",vbhide
,怎样可以在VB中得到命令运行的结果呢?我现在是用:SHELL "C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\NETSTAT -AN>c:\123.txt",vbhide
然后读123.TXT另外我如何让一个程序运行时候不出现在WIN2000的进程表中呢?先谢谢各位了
