问个VB高手matlab com builder的问题

我再用com builder把M文件编成DLL时，在Build--COM Object这步里，出现了下列错误：Error using==>comtool[build].Error.An error occurred while sheling out to mbuild(error code=1).Unable to build executable[specify the -v option for more information]. 
请问高手这是怎么回事呢？
