同问，这个问题搞了我两天了。都说是第三方jar包的问题却不知道怎么解决。

开头两句说的很明白了，简单的办法就是把包里用不到的去掉些。
或者去研究下 --multi-dex option. 你研究明白了记得回来给大家说明下

poi这种jar包是在服务器使用的，服务器开个接口，android这里调一下就好了呀
