关于iis ip地址

iis ip地址设为 全部未分配 用地址 http：//localhost则不可用，设成其他地址 如 http://127.0.0.1 就可以了 ？
这个要用localhost打开怎么办？ win2000 server 的系统

确认WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts文件中有关于下面的行
127.0.0.1       localhost

hosts里面有 127.0.0.1       localhost
好像是hosts这个文件没有发生作用，我在下面加了几行都没有发生作用
急！！！！

我知道了  电脑上网是用了一个http代理,只要把"对于本地地址不使用代理服务器"钩上就好了
