怎样给上传的文件夹权限？

系统错误提示：
Access to the path "c:\ceshi\DataEdit\Files\“把所有的心装进你心里.doc" is denied. 
它给了个方法：
To grant ASP.NET write access to a file, right-click the file in Explorer, choose "Properties" and select the Security tab. Click "Add" to add the appropriate user or group. Highlight the ASP.NET account, and check the boxes for the desired access.
就是那个 right-click the file in Explore,不太明白，知道的人指点一下~

在控制面板-》用户和密码  把你的ASPnet用户扔到管理员组里去。
如果是win2k server的可以在目录-》右键-》安全-》加入相应的权限。
