我做的aspx的网站 网站发布到服务器上了 所有都配置都没问题 但是在IIS里浏览的时候 就出现这么一段话
有些人说是权限的问题 要我找iis_iusers这个权限 但是我怎么都找不到 请高手们帮帮忙 怎么解决的 能把具体步骤写出来就更好了 谢谢The page cannot be displayed

If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
Click the Back button to try another link. Cannot find server or DNS Error

看能不有ping的通用户组权限在 我的电脑 右键-管理-用户组 中设置
如是自己的：安装WIN2003，配置IIS，不要用XP（我一直都是用server版本的操作系统）
租用的：asp.net版本不符
