1. add Network Services account to your database, for example企业管理器-〉YourMachine->Security->Login, right click to add a New Login, select Network Services....
orchange the 身份验证 to sql server和windows and find the web.config, change the connection string to 
"server=YourServerName;database=YourDBName;uid=YourSQLLogin;pwd=YourSQLPassword;"or"server=localhost;database=YourDBName;uid=sa;pwd=;"
