crystalreportviewer toolbar images missing

cd C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\ASP.NETClientFiles\
Copy the whole folder "CrystalReportWebFormViewer4" into II6 your website folder, 
aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727Then the Crystal Report will work well, all missing icons will show up and export function will work too.
