Cancel a Meeting Request

In the Calendar, select the meeting entry that you want to cancel. 
On the toolbar, click Delete . A message box is displayed. The option to send a cancellation message and delete the meeting is selected. 
Click OK. A meeting form is displayed. 
Enter a message (if necessary). 
Click Send to send the cancellation message.
