新建实例无法连接169.254.169.254，是为什么呢~~

我也遇到过这问题，当 dnsmasq 的listen-address参数 网桥地址 和 network的gateway 一致， 并在host 设置正确到网桥的路由 问题没了

这个169.254.169.254 是通过iptable 映射到了你的nova api或者 metadata api 的监听地址。
如果你没有单独安装nova compute 节点，那么就是映射到你的nova-api的监听地址及端口，
所以要正确的访问到169.254.169.254，那么 dnsmasq 的listen-address参数 网桥地址 和 network的gateway 一致， 并在host 设置正确到网桥的路由 。注：非官方意见，纯属个人意见，仅供参考
