Server Error in '/' Application相关问题

做了一个网站在自己电脑测试没问题？但放到服务器上运行没问题，但页面来回点上几次就会出现
Server Error in '/' Application.

错误
我的IIS是这样设置的，一个虚拟目录对应一个应用池，当出现上面的错误的时候我把应用池删了，重新建一个又可以运行了，但是来回再点几次又是同样的问题？
我感觉可能是IIS配置问题？请高手指点一下
