c#操作excel 问题

各位高手,小弟现在学用c#操作excell,遇到一瓶颈,烦请大家指点.
在vb中有 With excelApp.Cells(1,1).Characters(Start:=4,Length=10).Font
              .Strikethrough=true
              .ColorIndex=3
          End With
怎么把这段语句用C#表示出来啊?
