我安装了.net 还有IIS ，当我创建Asp.net Web project或者Web Service的时候就会出现这样的错误
Visual Studio.Net has detected  the specified web Server is not running ASP.net version 1.1,You will be unable to run ASP.Net Web Application or Services.不知道什么原因，还请指点，着急等待中
